We have lift-off!

We celebrated the launch of the new Smithsonian Starstruck: An Immersive Experience at the Science Museum in partnership with Fever, and even the London heatwave couldn’t stop guests from embarking on an unforgettable journey through the cosmos.

Media, creators and VIPs were transported into space through an immersive VR experience, discovering the wonders of the universe without ever leaving South Kensington.

The evening was made even more special by a Q+A with actual astronaut Meganne Christian, who shared how virtual reality is used to prepare astronauts for space missions before taking questions and the importance of experiences like Starstruck in inspiring STEM careers in younger generations.

From exploring distant galaxies to hearing real-life stories from the world of space exploration, it was a night that was truly out of this world!
