07 May Our Fave Al Fresco Spots for the Summer
With summer socialising season very much in action and everyone looking for that next London hotspot, here are our top three outdoor terrace recommendations for the months ahead…
MALFY Gin Lemon Grove at Harvey Nichols
While we may not be jetting off to Italy for some time, we think the MALFY Lemon Grove at Harvey Nichols is the best place for a taste of ‘La Dolce Vita’ a little closer to home. A lemon-adorned rooftop terrace bedecked with Amalfi-style tiles and sea blue décor, you’ll be transported to the Italian Riviera in no time! Open until 27th June, they’re serving an Italian influenced menu and refreshing MALFY Gin cocktails. We highly recommend the Scroppino al Lampone with MALFY Con Limone, raspberry sorbet and Prosecco… Yum!
MALFY Gin x Hush
For more of an ‘exclusive beach club’ feel, the courtyard at Hush in Mayfair is setting sail ‘A Mare’ (‘To the Sea!’) with its Amalfi inspired takeover, also in partnership with MALFY Gin. Until 4th July, the courtyard will be decked out with twinkling storm lanterns, crisp white drapes and an elegant lemon and vine canopy. If you’re missing those holiday snaps, you can even pose against Hush’s insta-worthy arch or the hydrangea-adorned swing seat with a MALFY Gin cocktail in hand, to convince your friends you’ve managed to sneak away…
Lillet x Colbert Pétanque on the Square
If you’re in the mood for some French chic instead, head to Lillet x Colbert’s Pétanque on the Square. Following the success of last year’s pop up, Lillet, the premium French apéritif from Bordeaux, and Parisian restaurant Colbert have partnered up for an even bigger and better outdoor terrace, taking over Sloane Square until 4th July. You can expect crisp Lillet cocktails, indulgent charcuterie boards and crêpes so good they should be illegal… Plus if you’re feeling sporty, you can even try your hand at Pétanque, the traditional French game of boules. Parfait!
