Want to know a secret? There’s a big kid in everyone – including press contacts! Bring that energy to life and your campaign will follow. A show all about making memories is packed with opportunities to do just that: here’s how we treated press to an unforgettable Disney On Ice experience.

New for Spring, The Wonderful World of Disney On Iceis a family spectacular featuring more than 50 of your favourite characters from classic and modern Disney and Pixar stories, live on ice. A stunning feat of co-ordination, both on the ice and off, the stories are brought to life through breath-taking routines from the talented cast, not to mention dazzling costumes, lighting and special effects. The experience doesn’t end at the rink-edge – Director Patty Vincent makes sure the audience is immersed in special moments, like releasing a lantern to float above the dancing characters…

A whole new world.

Backstage is another quite magical world of creativity, and we wanted to give press a taste of just what goes into putting on this kind of show. So, to celebrate the launch of the Spring tour, we hosted the ultimate behind-the-scenes experience for selected media at The SSE Wembley ArenaMultiple stations allowed our guests to explore everything from costume design and make-up through to props, lighting and special effects. Skaters were on hand to offer insights into the choreography, practice and downright hard work that goes into perfecting their heart-stopping routines.

London Evening Standard Online, First News, The Week Junior, and Liverpool Echo all took the opportunity to attend, landing stand-out pieces in all of these titles plus more to come as we take the tour UK-wide.
