Time travelling with QVC UK

We’ll remember 2018 as the year England made the semi-finals in the World Cup, Meghan married Harry and of course QVC UK turned 25! To kick off the celebrations the instinct team set up a triple page feature with the top fashion industry title Drapers, featuring QVC’s Buying Director, Nick Chalkley. This was then quickly followed with a media screening event at London’s luxury Covent Garden Hotel attended by selected journalists from the fashion, beauty, homes and retail industry. The screening featured a report conducted by QVC UK and Future Laboratories on how we’ll all be shopping 25 years from now. Multi-sensory sampling, AI, drones and augmented reality featured heavily in the report, highlighting a real transformation in the way we will shop. The report findings were featured across a number of titles including Drapers Online, Retail Times online and Marie Claire online with Drapers, Prima, Retail Times and Woman & Home amongst others in attendance.

 

The hardworking press office that surrounded the whole anniversary period from both the fashion and consumer teams at instinct secured several brand features across several home and lifestyle titles including a double page spread in STELLA magazine and their online platform telegraph.co.uk and further interior pieces on House Beautiful Online and Ideal Home online.
