02 Aug instinct teams up with Brancott Estate to launch first ever train station vineyard
instinct partnered with Brancott Estate to amplify their delectable train station activation which surprised long-suffering Londoners this month: popping up with micro-vineyards inside the city’s busiest train stations. Parched commuters at Kings Cross, Waterloo and London Bridge found themselves cooling off with a crisp Marlborough Sauvignon in the shade of genuine, seven-foot vines – with wine expert Maria Huete on hand to share tasting tips and insider wisdom.
instinct hosted selected press and influencers on site for an exclusive tasting with Maria, followed by a three-course lunch (with wine, naturally) at The Gilbert Scott restaurant, in the iconic St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. Guests included Huffington Post, Daily Star and influencers Mariko Kuo and Olivia Cox (and their combined insta-following of 100,000 by proxy). We also managed the creation and release of multimedia assets including a news video and social edit. Following the Kings Cross launch, instinct secured coverage in the Evening Standard online, Metro, Telegraph Online and Country and Town House Online, with further pieces forthcoming in Emerald Street.
(…good news for thirsty Londoners still battling delays: there’s another chance to sample the experience when the vineyard visits Paddington station in August.)
